Ring-11 liquid level switch is designed for accurate point level detection in a wide range of industrial liquid applications. Its compact 40 mm fork length makes it especially suitable for pipelines, compact vessels, storage tanks, and other installation points where space is limited. Because it uses a simple and proven tuning fork design, it provides stable switching performance in routine industrial use.
The switch works on the tuning fork resonance principle. Piezoelectric devices drive the fork into vibration and detect changes in its resonant frequency. When liquid touches the fork, the vibration frequency drops. The electronics detect this change and convert it into a switching signal. This method gives the device stable performance across many liquid types.

The switch can detect liquids with densities as low as 0.5 g/cmยณ. It also performs reliably in conditions with foam, bubbles, viscosity, oscillation, and other process disturbances. Therefore, it is a good choice for applications where conventional switching methods may become unstable.
The fork is precisely tuned before delivery, which helps improve sensitivity and keeps switching performance consistent. In addition, the device supports a wide range of media, including standard industrial liquids, foaming liquids, viscous products, and some demanding process fluids.

The device offers multiple output options, including relay, two-wire, NAMUR, and transistor. This makes integration easier in different control systems. For more aggressive media, an optional Hastelloy C-22 wetted material is available. This improves corrosion resistance in applications involving acids, alkalis, syrups, medical fluids, and industrial wastewater.
The switch also supports demanding environments that involve pressure, vibration, or difficult liquid behavior. It carries SIL2 / SIL3, CCC, CE, and EAC certifications, together with intrinsically safe and flameproof approvals. In addition, it complies with HACCP and 3A requirements for suitable hygienic applications.
