Ring-11 corrosion-resistant level switch is designed for liquid level detection in processes that involve highly corrosive acidic or alkaline media. The fork body and process connection can be coated with materials such as ECTFE, PFA, enamel, or other protective layers. Reliable Tuning Fork Detection in Difficult Conditions

The switch works on the tuning fork resonance principle. Piezoelectric devices drive the fork into vibration and detect changes in its resonant frequency. When liquid touches the fork, the vibration frequency drops. The electronics detect this change and convert it into a switching signal. This design gives the device stable and reliable switching performance across a wide range of liquids.
