Reliable Magnetic Level Indication with Specialized Lining Design
The indicator works on the principle of communicating vessels and magnetic coupling. The chamber mounts beside the vessel and connects directly to the process liquid. A magnetic float inside the chamber rises and falls with the liquid level. As the float moves, it drives the nearby bi-color magnetic flaps. The flaps turn from white to red or from red to white, which gives operators a clear local indication of the liquid level.
A key feature of the Flap-11Px is its special lining structure. Jiwei uses a dedicated lining technique to improve the fit between the chamber lining and the process flange. This helps reduce lining cracks caused by assembly stress. It also helps prevent corrosion damage caused by liquid leakage. As a result, the indicator delivers better reliability in harsh chemical service.
Clear Display with Strong Process Adaptability
The visual indicator uses a broad display area and larger magnetic flaps. This improves viewing angle and makes the level easier to read. The instrument is available with IP65 or IP66/67 protection, depending on the installation environment.
