Uson-31 Ultrasonic Level Transducer for Hazardous Applications
Uson-31 ultrasonic level transducer is designed for continuous liquid level measurement in industrial applications that need safe operation, reliable performance, and flexible installation. A key feature of this model is its separate installation design. The transducer and transmitter can be installed apart from each other. Non-Contact Ultrasonic Measurement with Stable Performance
The transducer sends high-frequency ultrasonic pulses toward the liquid surface. When the signal reaches the surface, it reflects back to the transducer. The device then calculates the distance based on the travel time of the ultrasonic wave. This non-contact method helps avoid mechanical wear and reduces maintenance during long-term operation.
Uson-31 ultrasonic level transducer offers three selectable measuring ranges: 5 m, 10 m, and 15 m. It also includes temperature compensation, which helps improve measurement accuracy under changing ambient conditions. In addition, a special echo-processing algorithm helps reduce false echoes and improve signal stability in practical field applications.
