Magnetic Float

Magnetic float is designed based on Archimedes’ Buoyancy Principle and magnetic coupling effect. A variety of magnetic floats in various dimensions and different structures are designed to be used with Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator series for various applications. The measurable liquid density can be as low as 0.45g/cm3 and covers most of liquids level measurement. Float selection depends on chemical properties and the density of measured fluid, as well as relating to the operation conditions, such as pressure, temperature and medium density.

Jiwei offers magnetic floats made of various materials for fluids with different chemical properties, such as 304, 316L stainless steel, or 304/316L with F46 out-lined, titanium alloy as well as plastic. For applications with different process pressure and process temperature, we offer magnetic floats with different structures and pressure endurance. The size and weight of the magnetic float shall be precisely adjusted to fit with the density of specific measured fluid to ensure the measurement accuracy and reliability of Flap-11 Magnetic Level Indicator.
